Taiwang  double color/material vertical plastic injection molding machine is designed for precise and reliable machining performance. It is constructed in a compressed architecture with minimal external details, which helps limit space footprint. It is equipped with a perpendicular clamping tool and a configurable injection unit vertically, accommodating single molds for better output.
A hydraulic clamping device is fitted with four tie bars in a low-lying position, constructed for manual routine function. A light wall encloses the insertion and removal sections, allowing optimal access to automation schemes. Its four bracing transmission cylinders are arranged evenly at its base for fair clamping force distribution, resulting to accurate and well-managed operations. It also exhibits a full hydraulic-based fastening mechanism.
